Let's talk about sewing

My sewing passion started a long time ago. I can remember an old Singer Sewing machine my mother purchased for me to get started. It wasn't the exact model shown below but it was similar. It sat in it's own sewing table which was nice. I could close it and use the table top for cutting fabric or do some other craft.

Realizing the passion is real

Once my mother realized sewing was not just a passing phase, she brought me a brand new Singer machine. It was portable with a case that locked on. I could take it with me If I went to visit with my grandparents (which is something we did every summer for many years).

Finally

It's been around three years since I started this journey of creating a website and building my business. I've been working on it off and on behind the scenes to make it happen. There have been several setbacks. Life, for instance, can really mess up even the best-laid plans. I'll talk more about that later. But for today, I've finally settled on my website and got it published. I'll keep fine-tuning it and get the other social media sites up and running too. Stay tuned.
